Reported Speech: Questions

[This is a continuation of the very pedantic reported speech worksheets that I've designed just to help my students get through the test.  The previous - two worksheets were based on statements.  This one expands to yes and no questions.]

Find the differences between these two sentences.  Underline of the boxes that are different.
